From the M60

Leave at Junction 23 signposted Manchester City Centre A635, passing the Snipe Retail Park on the left. Continue on this this road taking the left folk at the next set of traffic lights. Continue along this road past Morrisons and Matalan on the right. After passing Manchester College on the left there is a major crossroads with the grey Seamark building on the left. Go through the lights and take the first left which is Kay Street.

From M6

Leave M6 at Junction 21A and follow the signpost for M62, Manchester. follow the M62 continuing onto the M602 signposted Manchester City Centre. Remain on this road as it changes to the A57. Go past Sainsburys on the left and continue to follow this road as it changes to the A57(M). Stay in the outside lane over the fly over and turn right at the end, at the major junction. Go through the next two sets of traffic lights and under the railway bridge, at the traffic lights by the Wing Fat Chinese Wholesalers turn right and Kay Street is the first left.
